Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Manchester for a Housing Enforcement Officer - Compliance and Enforcement Specialist (Housing).
This role will be based within the Housing Team and will involve enforcement work within Private Sector Housing and your main contacts will be with private sector tenants and landlords/owners.
Typing of day-to-day correspondence / results on behalf of the Consultant, ensuring that the departmental clinical correspondence targets are adhered to.
Provision of secretarial duties and administrative support to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the Endocrinology team.
The work will involve creating draft Statements of Case, Witness Statements, Affidavits, Instructions to Counsel and such other documents as may be required as well as taking instructions and rendering advice generally.
Our client requires an interim to join their legal department to work on cases associated with a wide range of housing and tenancy related issues.
In short, the role sits in litigation and will involve taking a case through to court and attending court to represent the organisation, the court appearance is in Wakefield and most of the week this role will require working from home.
This is a temporary role working Monday to Friday 37 hours a week and will be office based.
