Description
The Locum Family Solicitor will:
- Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, negotiating actively to achieve optimal results for your clients with the support of administrative and secretarial staff.
- Focus on settlement outside of court but instruct barristers when needed.
- Accurately record case information using our advanced case management system.
- Mentor associates.
Profile
A successful Locum Family Solicitor should be:
- A Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- Hold a background in handling privately funded family law cases.
- Proficiency in general IT skills, including the use of case management systems.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a focus on excellent customer service.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and resilience in a dynamic environment.
Job Offer
The Locum Family Solicitor will receive:
- An attractive hourly rate of £30-40 per hour.
- Hybrid working 50% from home.
