Role: Wills and Probate Locum Opportunity
Location: Home-based, with offices on the outskirts of Sheffield

We are currently seeking an experienced Wills and Probate Locum to join a reputable legal firm starting in the second week of September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Executive, Solicitor, or any STEP qualified fee earner to take on a rewarding role focused predominantly on probate matters.

- Start Date: Mid-September
- Duration: Minimum of 3 months, with the potential for extension
- Location: Home-based with occasional visits to the office on the outskirts of Sheffield

Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload primarily consisting of probate matters. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in wills and probate, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of service during what can be a challenging time for them.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Legal Executive, Solicitor, or STEP qualified fee earner
- Significant experience in handling probate matters
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional office visits as required
