Purpose of Job
As the Principal Building Surveyor, you will lead the delivery of public protection, ensuring the enforcement of building regulations, demolitions, and temporary structures.
To pro-actively manage and undertake general asset management and valuations of the Client's land and property holdings, including the commercial investment and corporate portfolios.
To ensure that the Client's commercial investment portfolio is well managed, maintained and competitive in the market.
To drive the performance of the Client's commercial investment portfolio to maximise income, capital, redevelopment and investment opportunities.
