We're seeking a dedicated Disrepair Surveyor to join a well known Greater Manchester based Housing Association. This role requires in-depth knowledge of building surveying, disrepair and excellent communication skills.

Description
- Court Attendance
- Conducting detailed building surveys and identifying disrepair.
- Preparing accurate and comprehensive reports on findings.
- Liaising with contractors to ensure timely and effective repairs.
- Ensuring all works comply with relevant safety and building regulations.
- Providing professional advice on property matters.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation and management of budgets.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of strategies.
Profile
A successful Disrepair Surveyor should have:
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar role and an expert within Disrepair
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
