The role involves providing administrative support to the wider team, dealing with invoicing, Purchase Orders, invoice queries and database management.
The Invoicing Administrator will be responsible for the efficient processing of invoices received from suppliers, ensuring correct levels of approval and correct coding to the accounts.
To apply for the Invoicing Administrator, you must have a previous finance or invoicing administration experience, along with skills in MS Excel and accountancy systems.

You will be working closely with your team and external customers to create an efficient billing process.
