An established Maintainence company are currently looking for an Invoicing Administrator.

The role involves providing administrative support to the wider team, dealing with invoicing, Purchase Orders, invoice queries and database management.

  • 40 hour week
  • Fully office based
  • Free onsite parking

Invoicing Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Creating and issuing invoices to customers
  • Invoice processing
  • Creation of purchase orders
  • Handling all queries and rejections, liaising with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Using multiple online portal systems to upload invoices
  • Heavy administration based
  • Communicating with clients and customer over the phone

Invoicing Administrator qualities:

  • Some experience with invoicing and administration necessary
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment
