Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and manage invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate invoice approval processes and follow-up on any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any invoice-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any inconsistencies or errors.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in invoice administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
