The Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Lead will set up and lead the strategic planning and execution of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives within the UK business.
Role based in London, hybrid working.
Our client is a distinguished player within the FMCG & Consumer sector.
You will be working across internal and corporate communications in the UK Marketing and Communications Team.
This role is crucial to the success of our internal and corporate communications activities - sharing important updates and initiatives across our business and impactful and interesting content with our clients.
You will be liaising with stakeholders from across the business at all levels of seniority.
Proactively manage and maintain fee-earners' diaries, scheduling appointments and co-ordinating internal and external client meetings and ensure all work activities are scheduled effectively, including the identification and resolution of potential challenges and clashes.
Having a good knowledge of fee earners clients, liaising with their PAs.

To provide fee-earners with proactive and high-quality secretarial support that appropriately meets their requirements, enabling them to focus on providing legal services to clients and reducing the need for them to undertake administrative tasks.
