Our well-established manufacturing client based in Lydney has a requirement for an Interim Operations Manager to join their evolving business.
The contract is likely to run until the end of this year.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for managing the day to day operations on site and leading the manufacturing team in achieving KPI's whilst maintaining continuous improvement by driving change and developing coordination between departments.
