Domus Recruitment are working with a client in Surrey, that are looking for an Interim Nursing Home Manager on a 2-month contract. The successful candidate would need to be immediately available, with a quick start needed.
DBS update service essential, along with ideally being an RGN, with an active PIN.
Key Responsibilities of an Interim Nursing Home Manager:
- Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
- Ensuring the provision of high-quality care
- Overseeing the care staff
- Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the home
Interim Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home Manager
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
- NMC registered with an active PIN - ideally
- A track record of ‘Good' CQC ratings or history of improving CQC ratings in previous roles
- DBS on the update service
