Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Wrexham area who urgently require an interim Administrator

The key role responsibilities are:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls- forwarding them to the relevant teams
  • Updated and maintain the database/ shared folder
  • Liaising with different consultants
  • Provide general Admin duties
  • Format Patient Letter responses
  • Diary management on behalf of consultants
  • Scanning and filling documents
  • Collated information and send to numerous teams

Please note that the ideal candidate needs to do well under pressure and be a quick learner.
