The Business Intelligence Manager leads the Performance team, overseeing business intelligence, risk management, and service learning within the housing directorate.
This role is crucial in ensuring the directorate meets its performance targets and regulatory requirements through effective data analysis and risk evaluation.
Your role will be to operate and develop the market intelligence business in a manner that contributes to operational profit, reputation, and mission and delivers excellence to customers.
The role carries responsibility for the entire context of WMI operation, including collaboration with overseas entities, fostering partnership to maximise business opportunities and boost the commercial performance of the company's global market intelligence activity.
The role also supports the company's wider commercial interest through collaboration with business managers of other commercial units and with directors.
Job Purpose: To effectively, proactively, and consistently manage CCTV monitoring and the collation of intelligence for the Community Safety Team, as well as maintain all CCTV related contracts and partnership relationships and arrangements.
To identify and develop opportunities for investment in, and growth of, the CCTV service.
To liaise extensively with a wide range of internal departments, regulatory organisations, and council partners to deliver high quality CCTV services which contribute positively to public protection in Barnet.
The Information Security Manager will play a critical role in protecting our clients information assets by designing, implementing, and managing advanced security measures.
MUST BE BASED IN TURKU OR STOCKHOLM OR WILLING TO RELOCATE
The successful candidate will work closely with IT teams, developers, and business units to ensure the security of the organization's information systems.
We have an opportunity for a hands-on Information Security manager to join on a permanent basis for our client in London.
Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for the overall Information Security governance, controls and process as well as management of third parties.
This role will involve managing up to 4 people, whom you will assist in recruiting.
The role reports into the Head of Change, Assurance and Performance.
Duties of the role will include
Ensuring the team produce good quality reports using Excel, PowerBI, NEC and external data sources for senior leadership reports, resident panels, resident audience groups, councillors etc.
