Job Description: We are in search of an experienced Information Manager with a strong background in the residential development industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up and managing websites, ensuring that our digital presence effectively showcases our projects and services. This role is essential for optimizing our information systems, enhancing the clients online presence, and supporting our development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain information systems and databases to support residential development projects.
  • Design, set up, and maintain the company website to ensure it is visually appealing, functional, and aligned with business goals.
  • Implement and manage digital tools and software that enhance operational efficiency and client engagement.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all information systems, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and address their information management needs.
  • Analyze data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Train and support staff on the use of information systems and digital tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in information technology and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Information Manager in the residential development industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing Asite.
  • Strong knowledge of information systems, database management, and digital tools.
  • Excellent understanding of data protection regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
  • Certifications in information management or related fields.
