As the Senior Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for leading the intelligence team who have a critical role in the delivery of these core objectives; leading and co-ordinating intelligence development opportunities, providing analytical support to our Operational functions, identifying emerging threats and risks including those associated with illegal market activity and serious sports betting integrity matters impacting on Great Britain.

Salary of circa £52,000.

This role is about conducting proactive intelligence research and producing a range of intelligence products that identify threats and risks and being capable of briefing key stakeholders to escalate issues.
You will be part of the Intelligence Team, working closely with other operational colleagues, collating and developing evolving intelligence and delivering an intelligence-led approach to the Commission's work.
Based in Intelligence, you will support the Sports Betting Intelligence Unit (SBIU) & Intelligence teams in recording and analysing intelligence, identifying risk and escalating issues which contribute to raising standards initiatives, protecting consumers from gambling harm and keeping crime out of gambling.
Working in Regulatory Delivery means translating regulation into action and making sure the industry understands and adheres to the legislation set out to protect the public's interest.
Guide internal business teams on best practices, identify and address any concerns, and serve as the liaison between business and technical teams on all identity and access management (IAM) matters.
Establish standards and lead the design and implementation of identity and access management processes and controls to enhance operations and reduce risks.
Ensure robust security practices are in place to protect against identity-related threats by collaborating with architects, security professionals, and both internal and external stakeholders.
