Leading a team of 12-14 Customer Service Agents, you will ensure company targets are achieved whilst ensuring ongoing training and support is provided to your team.
This role is a permanent position, however we are looking for an individual to work on a temp to perm basis, to help with a quicker start date.

General
We are seeking a Complaints Resolution Team Leader to join our housing association and lead a dedicated team focused on managing complaints at stage one or stage two.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in delivering a high-quality service for our customers, ensuring that all complaints are resolved effectively, promptly, and in line with policies.
To refer all calls and queries regarding daytime emergencies to the appropriate areas/teams operations officers.
Receive and process calls from a range of other departments wishing to report or make enquiries regarding a wide range of responsive repairs.
To take follow up action in respect of calls received liaising with customers and issuing work to trade colleagues, contractors and a wide range of council departments.

Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours per week
