The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving all stages of complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with complainants either in the form of correspondence, phone or at the office, adhering to our service standards and meeting the diverse needs of the customer.
Conduct thorough inspections of warehouse goods and materials to ensure quality and compliance with established standards.
Accurately input inspection results and other relevant data into computer systems and Excel spreadsheets.
Assist in various warehouse tasks as needed, including but not limited to, receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing goods for distribution.
You will support the management of effective delivery of the clients' major repairs programme and investment projects by undertaking a wide range duties to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
You are required to have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes, with a full UK driving licence.

Using attention to detail, logical and an inquisitorial approach to investigating disputes, you will assess complex complaints to ensure that cases are thoroughly considered in line with casework quality standards, policy jurisdiction and dispute resolution principles.
