General
To be responsible for the budget preparation, monitoring and control of the Theatre budgets in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Authority as well as the year end closure of accounts, balancing and reconciling systems and grant monitoring.
Service Accountant for Theatres and Conferencing, provide a full range of professional accountancy services for the Theatres.
This role will be responsible for providing all the necessary project specific and administrative support to the Strategic Manager, Project Managers and Finance and Monitoring Officer, enabling them to effectively deliver the programme of projects on time, within budget and within scope, meeting the needs of the organisation.
The role will require excellent communication and organisational skills and will involve liaising at all levels internally as well as working externally with training providers and other external contractors.
