Responsibilities
To log and provide 1st Line and 2nd Line support for all issues reported through to the help desk.- Diagnose faults, assist users, investigate causes and provide both short-term alleviation and, where possible, final resolution and closure.
Document Despatch (Output) are responsible for rejection letter writing, legal and money laundering document matching and distribution and centralised printing.
The DMD division is broken down into three parts, Input, Document Despatch and Banking.
Centralised printing is responsible for all correspondence printing and related processes within DMD in line with IFDS's and regulatory guidelines.
This firm have been growing at a very fast rate with a business model that is proving to be extremely succesfful as a result of their growth they have a strong pipeline of work and projects upcoming, because of this they require a new Technical Support Engineer (365, 2nd line, 3rd line, Technical Support, Citrix) to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are currently working with am ambitious and thriving start-up firm who provide a service as a "virtual CTO/IT Director".
This role works closely with the CTO and Senior Solutions Consultants on integration and support projects, as 1st and 2nd line is handled by an MSP this role will really be working way above a usual support role and getting involved in high level technical matters that would not normally be available.
We are seeking a BA with a strong background in software development and/or analysis, ideally gained within an IT department or a software vendor environment.
Business Analyst required by my leading IT client.
A demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and the ability to take ownership of projects and issues is crucial.
