Are you an experienced Allocations & Lettings Officer?
My client is looking for a strong Allocation and Lettings Officer who has had previous experience allocating accommodation in line with Part VI of the Housing Act.
The successful candidate will be carrying out home inspections and interviewing candidates as part of the lettings process.
Reporting into and being supported by the HR Manager, this role would suit someone who has good HR generalist experience alongside some payroll admin experience but who is keen to expand on their knowledge and experience in both areas.

Work closely with the HR Manager to effectively run the HR function for the group.
A local authority requires a qualified Principal Housing Enforcement Officer to lead their private sector housing enforcement team and support their Team Manager in development and operational management.
This is a temporary assignment for 3 months initially with strong potential to extend.
