The focus of the role being to "get it right first time and every time".
This role has been established with the aim of ensuring that the service to the member is delivered seamlessly, effectively drawing together the work of the Support Team, Physiotherapy, OT, Nutritionists, Counselling, external health and medical professionals and the Charity's Housing/Property Service.
We are the largest provider of affordable housing in the Borough and, in an economic environment where the supply of housing is at its most challenged, we take very seriously our responsibility for supporting the people who live in our homes and communities to live well and thrive.
