Location: Rawtenstall
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Home: Brand-new, renovated 3-bed home

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a fresh challenge? We're excited to announce an opportunity to lead a new, fully renovated 3-bed children's home in Rawtenstall. About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the operations of a new 3-bed children's home.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a dedicated staff team.
  • Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements and provides a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Be involved in the recruitment process to build your ideal team.
  • On-call responsibilities require a driving licence.
  • Work closely with the Director, who has firsthand experience as a Registered Manager.
  • Immediate start available but willing to wait up to 3 months for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting (we are not considering Deputy Managers stepping up for this role).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of young people.
  • Full driving licence for on-call duties.

Interview Process:

  • Two-stage interview process. The first interview will be a formal meeting with the Director and Recruitment Partner. The second will be a less formal visit to the house, offering a chance to view the property and discuss the role in a relaxed setting.
