Children's Home Registered Manager
Location: Rawtenstall
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Home: Brand-new, renovated 3-bed home

About the Role:
- Lead and manage the operations of a new 3-bed children's home.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a dedicated staff team.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements and provides a safe, nurturing environment.
- Be involved in the recruitment process to build your ideal team.
- On-call responsibilities require a driving licence.
- Work closely with the Director, who has firsthand experience as a Registered Manager.
- Immediate start available but willing to wait up to 3 months for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting (we are not considering Deputy Managers stepping up for this role).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of young people.
- Full driving licence for on-call duties.
Interview Process:
- Two-stage interview process. The first interview will be a formal meeting with the Director and Recruitment Partner. The second will be a less formal visit to the house, offering a chance to view the property and discuss the role in a relaxed setting.
