What you'll be responsible for: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the community clinics and associated health professionals and will actively participate and contribute to the development of the service Book appointments for speech and language therapists on Systm1 Sending out letters to children who have been accepted / declined on the pathway Provide a front line service for all service user enquiries, responding to telephone and face to face enquiries in an efficient, tactful and professional manner, redirecting calls, taking action as appropriate Deal with all internal/external mail and redistribution to relevant department This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience B Book appointments for speech and language therapists on Systm1 (if used this before for You will learn the following whilst working at the trust: 1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS 2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times 3.
