Responsibilities:

?? Collaborate with the client's social care team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for practise enhancement.

?? Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes and systems to identify gaps and suggest innovative solutions.

?? Design and deliver training programmes for the client's social care staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in best practises.

?? Provide ongoing support and guidance to the client's team, ensuring the implementation of recommended improvements.

?? Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and propose adaptations as needed.

?? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to provide expert advice on practise improvement initiatives.

?? Foster a positive and collaborative working environment by supporting and mentoring colleagues.

Required qualifications and skills:

?? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, public health, psychology).

?? Strong understanding of social care policies, regulations, and best practises.

?? Proven experience in practise improvement and change management within the public sector or similar settings.

?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.

?? Proficient in conducting data analysis and using technology for practise enhancement.

�? Relevant professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications (e.g., project management, quality improvement) are desirable.
