P2P Process Lead - Oracle Fusion

Overview

Join an internationally renowned charity that prioritises people and has a significant impact through its supported projects. They are embarking on a digital transformation program aimed at modernising their enterprise systems, re-engineering end-to-end processes, and enhancing the value delivered by the finance function.

This transformation journey will be enabled by implementing Oracle Fusion and adopting best in class use of the system. We are recruiting a P2P Process Lead who will support the business in the design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Process Mapping: Conduct comprehensive mapping of current and future state processes to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Efficiency and Automation: Drive efficiency by reducing touch points and implementing automation across the procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative thinking and proactive problem-solving to enhance process adoption and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use new tools and processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on the success of implemented changes.

Experience

  • Proven experience in leading P2P processes and managing end-to-end process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and enterprise system change process
  • Experience implementing P2P processes in Oracle Fusion
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information

  • £650-800/day Inside IR35
  • Hybrid working model, 2 days on site central London
  • 6 month contract, immediate start
