You will ensure smooth functioning of IT Infrastructure including hardware, software and network systems.
As the IT Field Engineer you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support across the UK.
This role will require UK wide travel to provide on-site technical support and maintenance and therefore you must have a valid UK drivers license and your own vehicle.
The ability to work in a high paced environment is essential.
You will feel comfortable remotely diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving tickets in relation to issues with customer infrastructure such as Networking issues, Firewall configuration and storage solutions along with proven experience in dealing with windows server infrastructure.
As an Infrastructure Support Engineer you will be a strong problem solver with great communication skills who has experience resolving complex infrastructure issues and dealing with escalations.
