Based in Middlesbrough, you'll be providing critical IT support to internal colleagues across five UK sites, with occasional travel required. Senior IT Technician
Middlesbrough/Hybrid
£35,000 - £40,000
Main Duties:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support to internal teams, both onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across the organisation.
- Work on IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
- Maintain and support business-critical systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
- Ensure seamless operation of IT services across all UK sites.
Tech Requirements:
- Strong experience with Windows Server environments.
- Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
- Experience with virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
- Strong networking skills (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
