We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to bring their experience and enthusiasm to our Commercial Property and Asset Management team based in Oxford.
The post holder will take the lead on all aspects of facilities management relating to the portfolio of commercial properties within the M4/M40 corridor from London to Bristol.
This will include overseeing the third-party contractors, conducting regular inspections of properties, supervising, and overseeing any planned maintenance and major works.
This is a newly created role within the organisation, reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, and working with HR and the SLT to develop and take ownership of the L&D function, from understanding needs analysis to creating training and development frameworks, delivering online and in-person training across different business areas and embedding ongoing learning within the organisation.
Driving commercialisation and assisting the Asset Management team with local independent lettings.
General
You will work closely with the Regional Facilities Management Lead and Senior Facilities Manager putting into place processes for efficiencies and best practice.
Over and above day to day Centre Management functions on your own site, you will take managerial responsibility for a cluster of regional shopping centres / unmanned retail sites with a view to maximising value for the owners, stakeholders, local communities and retailers.
