The main duties of this role are to act as the first point of contact for fault reporting and fault resolution so as to restore service as quickly as possible.
This is initially a temporary role with a view to going permanent.
Overall responsibilities and accountabilities include answering service calls, logging faults onto the database in a timely manner and communicating any problems to senior team members.

This role will support the development of reporting internally to management and externally to the Department for Education (DfE) on the programme and to identify, define, track, realise and report financial and non-financial benefits within projects and programme.
As the Interim Performance and Benefits Officer, you will work within the corporate PMO as a keymember of the team delivering the SEND and AP Transformation Programme.
Can lead multi-disciplinary project teams to complete capital/development projects to enable changes to the clients service delivery models.
Experience of commissioning and managing consultants, design teams and contractors (or overseeing teams that do) in the development and delivery of capital / development cycle through the whole (RIBA) lifecycle.
