Interim Performance and Benefits Officer

A London Borough currnetly have an urgent need for an Interim Performance and Benefits Officer, to work across thier SEND transformation.

As the Interim Performance and Benefits Officer, you will work within the corporate PMO as a keymember of the team delivering the SEND and AP Transformation Programme.

This role will support the development of reporting internally to management and externally to the Department for Education (DfE) on the programme and to identify, define, track, realise and report financial and non-financial benefits within projects and programme.

You will be responsible for developing and managing the approach to reporting progress on data regarding the programme, Safety Valve, Written Statement of Action, SEND and AP Ofsted preparation and benefits management across the SEND and AP Transformation Programme.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the progress and benefits of the projects and programme are delivered and evidenced and embedding a culture of data evidence and benefits management across the programme.

Role

  • Support the management ,service and programme to development evidence for the SEND and AP Ofsted Inspection.
  • Own and evolve dashboard evidence for monitoring progress and performance of SEND and AP transformation development ;working closely with data owners and the service to develop an evidence base to track the effectiveness of the service and out comes and impact for children and young people in the borough.
  • Support any benefits mapping and modelling undertaken within the SEND and AP Transformation Programme.
  • Provide assurance that benefits are measurable,realistic and achievable and that the risks to delivery are being effectively managed
  • Ensure financial,non-financial are baselined,measured,tracked and reported through outeach project within the SEND and AP programme
  • Ensure adherence to the corporate benefits management approach
  • Capture lessons learned to make improvements in benefits management

Looking for someone with experience an experr in data, benefits realisitation, benefits mapping from within a public sector body.
