A London Borough are currently looking to recurit an Interim Capital Delivery Project Manger, who has experience in development / capital / change to service delivery projects.
Role
- Can lead multi-disciplinary project teams to complete capital/development projects to enable changes to the clients service delivery models.
- Experience of commissioning and managing consultants, design teams and contractors (or overseeing teams that do) in the development and delivery of capital / development cycle through the whole (RIBA) lifecycle
- Experienced project manager with a track record of successful delivery of development / capital / change to service delivery projects in a complex environment following rigorous PPM processes
- Experience in the development of robust Business Cases and benefits management processes throughout a project lifecycle
The role is Hybrid working with 1-2 days onsite.
