An award winning building company are looking for a First Line Support/ IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for an IT issues.
IT Support, IT Technician, ITIL, 1st Line Support/ Helpdesk, Office365, Azure, LAN/ WAN Networking, Windows/ Microsoft proficiency, drives and owns a vehicle.
Hybrid role 2-3 days a week remote and the rest in the office
As IT Support Engineer, you will provide support across our remote sites (primarily Kent, Outer London and M11 corridor, however this is subject to expansion following contract wins) and providing cover in the office when not out on sites.
Support duties include desktop, laptop and tablet platforms, application software (including MS Office, Autodesk), mobile... phones, photocopiers (Ricoh and Konica) and Plotters (HP).
This role will be primarily based in the field travelling between sites during the week to provide a consistent level of support and training.
Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Join an established, growing IT function in a deskside support role onsite in Sevenoaks, Kent.
You will be working with physical and virtual servers, taking responsibility for service desk calls and owning them through diagnosis and testing to the point of resolution, and communicating with technical and non-technical colleagues so will need to be able to demonstrate experience of explaining technical matters to non-technologists in your experience.
You will be an experienced desktop Support Analyst, with a background in providing high quality service as someone who enjoys helping people and problem solving.
