Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Job Type: Fixed term contract - Initially 3 months with the possibility of extension after this.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

We are seeking a talented IT Support Engineer to join our well established client based in Dover. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, resolving IT issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Conduct regular system audits and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Offer training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own transport is essential
