Support Analyst

Join an established, growing IT function in a deskside support role onsite in Sevenoaks, Kent.

You will be an experienced desktop Support Analyst, with a background in providing high quality service as someone who enjoys helping people and problem solving. You will be working with physical and virtual servers, taking responsibility for service desk calls and owning them through diagnosis and testing to the point of resolution, and communicating with technical and non-technical colleagues so will need to be able to demonstrate experience of explaining technical matters to non-technologists in your experience.

You will be required to have the following:

  • Windows Server
  • Office 365 administration
  • VMware
  • Active Directory
  • Backup technologies

In this Support Analyst role, you will be looking after server, storage and cloud infrastructure, providing 2nd and 3rd line level support and subject matter expertise. You will monitor, support and maintain services, ensuring necessary upgrades and patching, as well as contribute towards documentation, process optimisation and selection of applications as part of the wider efforts across the IT team in an environment providing a vast range of data and technology services, with a breadth of applications and over 1,500 devices.

A salary of up to £42,000 is offered for this onsite 2nd Line focused Desktop Support Analyst role, with a package including a generous pension contribution and more. You will be required onsite full time.
