Loriens Edinburgh based Public sector client is looking for a experienced IT Support Technician to join their team on an initial short term contract, working fully remotely.
Service Desk Operations
Deliver on-site 1st and 2nd line technical support with occasional travel to regional gardens required.
On site in Coventry we are seeking a number of IT Technicians to work on a 3 month contract with a view to possible extension.
Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, IOS/MAC, Service Now, MS Teams, VPN, Remote Support
Managing a variety of tasks/queries taken through phone calls, emails, portal queries you will be the first point of contact / support for Internal Users.
Our client is in need of an IT Technician to join their existing project team.
This is NOT a typical user based support role, this is more focused on the inspection and testing of devices, such as laptops, desktops, screens and hand held devices.
Experience in a Service Desk environment supporting 700 employees in an ITIL setting.
General
As a vital member of our client's team, you will provide top-notch 1st line technical support to a user base of approximately 2300.
Exceptional customer service skills, maintaining composure under pressure, and the ability to ask insightful questions to diagnose and prioritise user queries and issues are essential for success in this role.
