Our Client is a market-leading organisation that is growing rapidly through business acquisition and is currently looking to hire a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst for their IT service centre in the heart of Milton Keynes.
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be a key member of their shared service IT team, responsible for supporting their different trading companies and a global community of over 10,000 users, including senior executives and VIPs.
You must have at least 2 years plus recent experience within a similar IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator - please only send in your CV if you have this experience and live close to Milton Keynes!
This role offers 3 days remote with 2 days site-based working.

An experienced 2nd Line IT Field & Support Engineer with at least 3 years of experience is needed to join the team at this leading Managed Services Provider supporting IT infrastructures for multiple clients across Milton Keynes or the region on a full-time, remote (work-from-home) basis.
Broad experience is valued, especially around managing IT for organisations from 20-500 users and varying needs.
Candidates must be good communicators, clear thinkers and friendly people.
Position Overview: Our client is seeking an Application Support Engineer to expand on their successful IT Department on an urgent basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft SQL Server Database, along with practical experience in Microsoft Support.
Additionally, preference will be given to candidates who have a Microsoft Certification as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant.
