Temporary HR Admin Loughborough 4 weeks initially £12.00 per hour 37.5 hours per week SF Recruitment's Professional Services division are seeking a detail-oriented temporary HR Admin to assist with a critical file migration project. Key Responsibilities: - Organise and categorise HR files and records. - Digitise physical documents for migration. - Input and update employee data in the new system. - Ensure HR records comply with policies and legal requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues. - Collaborate with HR and IT teams. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. Qualifications: - Experience in HR administration or a similar role. - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude. - Familiarity with file migration processes is a plus.
