Technical Services Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Administrator for our Client based in Loughborough who foster their employee's growth and offer opportunities to develop within the company with a career path into Fleet Administration,

As the Technical Administrator, you'll require:

  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service skills and work well with others
  • Ideally hold fleet maintenance experience
  • Have precise data entry and Microsoft Office Skills
  • Be well presented and show strong organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of 1Link is advantageous

As part of this role, you'll also be:

  • Processing reports and authorisations using the 1 Link platform
  • Obtaining out of hours charges
  • Providing quotes and estimates for repairs
  • Processing and issuing invoices
  • Submitting loss of use claims to manufacturers
  • Ensure a quick response and turnaround

Salary & Working Hours

  • £25,282 per annum
  • Permanent
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, 42.5 hours per week
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
