They are looking for a talented Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to join their existing dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining their IT infrastructure and ensuring our users have the best possible experience.
Role Overview
The Senior Service Desk Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk.
To deal with enquiries and telephone calls as required including receiving, recording incoming customer service calls and parts orders.
To assist in the efficient and effective management of our parts department, including portraying a professional image to both our customers and our team.
