£27,000 - £31,000

VIQU have partnered with a UK retail company who are looking to recruit a IT Support Engineer to join their head office. This role will offer the successful candidate a greater understanding of the retail industry and give them exposure the organisations busy IT service.

The successful IT Support Engineer will deliver high-quality, timely support services to the company's warehouse, office, and stores.

Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer :

  • Test, build and configure hardware across the organisation.
  • Provide assistance to 250 computer system users.
  • Incident trend analysis to resolve continuous problems and drive IT improvements.
  • Understand user needs and suggest suitable software and hardware.

Key Requirements of the IT Support Engineer:

  • 2+ years of Service Desk experience
  • Experience with O365 and Windows servers
  • Experience with Intune, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP)
  • Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mobile Device Management (desired)
  • ITIL experience (desired)
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license
