Starting on Tuesday 23rd July you will be part of the administration support team and will be arranging support jobs with the planners, answering phones and updating databases.
A temporary Administrator is required for this well established property security business based in St Helens for a 4 week period.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday - 35-40 hours per week (flexible from 8am-6.00pm)
We are seeking a Business Administrator (Engineering) to provide comprehensive and commercial administrative support to our teams, projects, and work groups within CEC.
This role is initially available until Monday, 31/03/2025, with a review for extension.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing documents using various Microsoft packages for team members (reports, typing up minutes/outputs from workshops, producing presentations, etc.
We are seeking individuals who have strong Administration skills, are happy to commit to a temporary ongoing assignment and who can start immediately.
We are working with various education establishments within the Ormskirk and Maghull areas and have requirements for Temporary Office Administrators to support the schools on a temporary basis.
