We are working with various education establishments within the Ormskirk and Maghull areas and have requirements for Temporary Office Administrators to support the schools on a temporary basis.
Working in an education setting can be very rewarding and also gain exposure to experience in the public sector which could generate further opportunities for you in the future! We are seeking individuals who have strong Administration skills, are happy to commit to a temporary ongoing assignment and who can start immediately.

What will you be doing as a Temporary Administrator?
As an office administrator you will be supporting the schools in following up information, this will be done via email or telephone, so you need to have a good telephone manner and enjoy working on the phones.
- You will also be logging school and student information onto the in-house computer system
- Preparing and typing letters
- Managing busy email inbox of queries and forwarding to relevant departments
- Updating the computer with online registration forms
- Data entry
Any role within a school requires the right candidates to have a can do attitude, ability to communicate at all levels, good attention to detail and always a smile on their face for students and their colleagues
