We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support one of our clients in Bolton. As the holiday season is upon us, we are going to be needing some temporary support. Working office hours across 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday paying GBP12.66 per hour. You will join a committed team who are proud of the service they deliver to help the Bolton Community.
What will you be doing as an Administrator?
- Processing requests and ensuring details are logged accordingly
- Organising and taking minutes at relevant meetings
- Mailbox management and actions on the system
- Maintaining system data including routine archiving
- Working effectively with other team members and contributing to improve the work of the team
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication
- Good use of Excel and Word
- Minute taking experience
- Good telephone skills
