JRRL are currently recruiting an IT Helpdesk Specialist for our client based in Bromley.
Duties of the IT Helpdesk Specialist
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the firm's key systems using AD, Microsoft 365 Admin Center's, Citrix Cloud, and Remote Support Software.
Provide first line technical support to the firm's user's, handling a variety of IT issues and service requests efficiently.
As a HR People Advisor you will provide professional and comprehensive Employee Relations support for all managers and employees across the business, aligned with the H&T values and culture, ensuring a fair and consistent approach across the business to enhance employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
Advise and Support: Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on all employee relations, ensuring decisions align with company values, policies, and legal requirements, including advice from external service providers (Employee Assistance Programme and Occupational Health).
Case Management: Oversee and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and wellbeing, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with company policies.

Draft contracts, contract variation letters and other employment-related correspondence for approval by the HR Advisers and ensure these are sent promptly and returned and filed appropriately.
The Employee Relations (ER) Advisor will provide first line HR advice and support to employees and managers and will be the first point of contact for providing efficient, responsive and reliable advice for all general HR enquires.
The post holder will be required to identify, action, and follow up on queries of an internal and external nature-requiring expertise, knowledge and analysis of any problem and knowing when to escalate to the Senior ER Advisors.
The post holder will have complete autonomy for managing their own time and diary commitments and lead on the management of complex sickness related absence cases for the organisation.
