Job Opportunity: Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) Annual Review Coordinator (Remote) Join a dynamic team supporting families and children in South London!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We're looking for a highly organized and proactive EHCP Annual Review Coordinator to join our team, working remotely for a South London Local Authority.
Role: As the EHCP Annual Review Coordinator, you'll oversee the annual review process, ensuring timely and thorough updates to Education Health Care Plans. You'll be the key point of contact between schools, parents, and multi-agency professionals, helping to coordinate and improve outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire annual review process from start to finish
- Liaise with schools, families, and professionals to gather and update essential information
- Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines
- Write and issue reports, attend virtual meetings, and track progress
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of EHCP processes and legislation
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple cases
- Experience in SEN or local authority work is a plus
Location: Remote working, supporting South London Pay Rate: Negotiable, dependent on experience
