Our client, a forward-thinking not-for-profit organisation, is currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team.
The Employee Relations Advisor will use their ER expertise to support people managers with all aspects of employee relations and will be responsible for dealing with and investigating a range of complex ER cases.
Responsibilities for the Employee Relations Advisor
Provide advice and case management across the organisation for disciplinary, grievance, and formal capability/performance, long-term absence and AWOL issues, working in accordance with employment law, best practice and people policies and procedures.

Essential experience: Two years' experience of working as a Staff Nurse within a Neurobehavioral setting.
Main Purpose
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with acquired brain injuries by providing strong clinical leadership that minimises the impact of their condition, promotes recovery, and ensures overall well-being.
You will support the Ward Manager in leading, coordinating, and supervising a dedicated team to deliver high standards of nursing care, while also managing direct patient care and modelling exemplary clinical behaviours.
