The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee relations cases, providing expert advice, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Partnership: Act as a key operational partner for the business and HR Business Partners, providing guidance to employee and manager questions related to policies, HR practices, and coordination with HR Operations.
The HR team has opportunities within Recruitment, Training, Health & Safety, Employee Engagement and HR Administration.
In this busy, varied role you'll help to research, design and implement cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle.

I'm currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a 68-week, full-time (40 hours ideally but also open to 32) and hybrid (3 days in the office), You will play a crucial role in supporting HR Business Partners with employee relations (ER) cases.
This assignment is expected to last 6-8 weeks, and you have to be available immediately.
