We have partnered with a fantastic client of ours in the Education sector who are looking for an experienced HR Officer to work along side a supportive HR team to provide a responsive and high quality service covering generalist tasks including recruitment, employment law, policies and ER casework.
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing generalist support and advice to senior managers
- Supporting with Employee Relations case work
- Ensuring polices and procedures are implemented correctly
- Coordinating the end to end recruitment activity
- Maintaining all internal HR systems
The successful candidate:
- HR Officer level experience ideally from an educational background
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and Employment Law in an advisory capacity
- HR systems experience
