HR Advisor (Temporary Assignment for 6-8 weeks)
I'm currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a 6–8-week, full-time (40 hours ideally but also open to 32) and hybrid (3 days in the office), You will play a crucial role in supporting HR Business Partners with employee relations (ER) cases. This assignment is expected to last 6-8 weeks, and you have to be available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to handle ER cases, including absence management, investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
- Develop strong working relationships with team members and managers.
- Provide guidance and support to managers regarding ER policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records related to ER cases.
- Be flexible and responsive to team needs, adapting to changing priorities.
- Attend ER cases in person as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in employee relations, ideally supporting managers with ER cases.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
- Immediate availability for the assignment.
- Willingness to work a minimum of 3 days in the office, with flexibility for in-person ER case attendance
