As a HR Advisor you will report directly into HR Manager and support a headcount of circa 3000 employees.
This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle whilst adhering to CQC policies and regulations with a strong focus on employee relations and onboarding.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.

Based on site in Barnsley 5 days a week, the HR Manager will focus on day-to-day generalist HR activities, including employee relations, onboarding, policy compliance, and HR administration.
The HR Manager will also support the business in creating and delivering an HR strategy in line with business needs, with a clear focus on the Employee Lifecycle and maximising wellbeing.
